Pikkuväki pääsee hämmästelemään maailmaa tässä aistiystävällisessä tanssiteoksessa.

Liettualaisen lasten tanssiteatteriin erikoistuneen Dansema Dance Theatren World Without Eyes -esitys kutsuu tutkimaan maailmaa sanattomasti, liikkeen kautta. Näkövammaiset ja sokeat lapset huomioivassa esityksessä pienet katsojat saavat kokea tanssia aistimalla tanssijoiden liikkeitä, koskettamalla lavasteiden ja pukujen pintoja. Esitys huomioi myös muut pienet katsojat, joilla on erityisen tuen tarvetta.

Tunnelma on turvallinen ja osallistuminen vapaaehtoista. Lauantain esitys on suunnattu etenkin 1–6-vuotiaille erityislapsille, ja sunnuntain esitys 6–18 kuukauden ikäisille vauvoille.

Esitys on osa Liettualainen kulttuuri Tampereella 2025 -ohjelmaa, joka esittelee liettualaista nykytaidetta.

An inclusive and sensory-friendly dance piece for children to explore.

Dansema Dance Theatre from Lithuania specializes in dance theatre for children. World Without Eyes is designed to include children who are blind or have low vision or other disabilities. The performance provides a safe space for its young audience to voluntarily join in and experience dance, without words, by feeling and sensing the dancers’ movements and touching the sets and costumes.

The Saturday show is specifically for 1–6-year-old children with disabilities, and the Sunday show is for babies aged 6–18 months (with or without disabilities).

The production is part of the Lithuanian Culture in Tampere 2025 program, which showcases Lithuanian contemporary arts. Lithuania’s Ministry of Culture nominated World Without Eyes for the 2022 Golden Stage Cross award for a production for children and young audiences.
