Saariselkä Ski & Sport Resort is the northernmost Ski Resort in Europe. It runs on two fells, Iisakkipää and Kaunispää offer multiple choices for skiers and boarders of all levels from beginners to advanced.

Saariselkä is located directly to one of the largest National parks of Finland, Urho Kekkonen National Park offering fabulous hiking and outdoor possibilites. Saariselkä is easy to reach by airplane, bus of car along the main road 4 (E75). Ivalo international airport is 20 minutes away from Saariselkä.

We have carried out many renevals in Saariselkä since 2016, both for beginners, families, pros, park skiers and snowboarders, as well as mountain and downhill bikers, hikers and frisbee-golfers.

Besides skiing we have WinterPark, which includes the use of several snow sports, and you can change the gear at Service Centre. We have proper toboggans suitable for our 1800 m toboggan run, and by using the chairlift to go back up you can get several runs in.

In summer time we have new BikePark since 2019, with downhill routes from the top of Kaunispää downwards to the centre, and a chairlift taking you up. Also BikeShop incl. MTB, equipment and hiking shoe rental. In summer 2019, the Saariselkä chair lift and slopes are open for cyclists and hikers until Sep 15th.
